He serves as a CATEF representative for landlords at the Tenancy Conciliation Office in Agno.

Patrick Fini is an expert for the Swiss federal real estate management exam (CEPSEI) and teaches tenancy law at the SVIT School.

Additionally, he is the SVIT delegate to the legal commission of the FTAF (Federazione Ticinese delle Associazioni di Fiduciari).

He also lectures on debt enforcement and bankruptcy law at the CC-Ti (Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft, and Services of Canton Ticino).

2017–2023: Served initially as an attorney and later as Junior Partner, Partner, and Managing Partner at TEAM LEGAL SA, previously Studio legale e notarile Respini Jelmini Beretta Piccoli.

2014–2017: Practiced as an attorney at Studio legale 1896, Lugano.

2011–2013: Completed a legal traineeship at Studio legale Gaggini & Partners, Lugano.

2011: Judicial internship at the District Court of Mendrisio North.
